Dear friends, family and financial freedom seekers from all over the world.

The first month of the fall has arrived. I’ve already found the wool socks from my back of my closet in order not to freeze my feet while writing this monthly update. Brr…

I’m looking forward to our vacation in Portugal starting from Tuesday next week. Hopefully the weather is a bit warmer than in Denmark. It would be nice to dive into the pool with my daughters.

Hello everyone and welcome to another monthly update!

While I’m on paternity leave and changing dipers on my new born baby girl, the passive income from crowdlending keeps coming in. That’s a great feeling!

What’s not so great is the time required to create these monthly updates. They start to feel like a lot of work and I’m not looking forward to it like I used to do.

I’ve added 2 new platforms to my portfolio in August (Wisefund and PeerBerry) and with every platform there’s more work to do.

Many of you write emails to me and express your grattitude for the blog and I truly appreciate that. Knowing that this content helps a lot of people is what keeps me going. Thank you!

Can you believe the summer is almost over? I’m crossing my fingers for a warm and pleasant August and looking forward to visiting Portugal in the fall.

We’re currently enjoying 14 days of vacation in Norway, spending time with family and attending a wedding (yep, second wedding this summer).

Now to this month’s portfolio update.

Here’s a few quick facts from the month that has just passed:

  • Our 3rd child was born on July 1st so this update was posted a bit later than usual. I prioritize spending time with her, especially here in the first weeks.

  • I invested a good amount in June as well, let’s get this snowball rolling!
  • The second property has been bought. The first payments will be ready for accounting in next month’s update.
  • I invested in a new platform: Viventor
